I recently taught a group of extremely talented entrepreneurs.
The aim was to help them move faster but without burning out, feeling despair or fatigue, keeping that entrepreneurial runway nice and long until they hit the sweet spot of product-market-fit.
Here’s a sample of their feedback, mostly around the surprising technique I teach of how to turn procrastination into our best ally, why not to try to wresttle it to the group but actually groom it.

“…One of the strongest insights I took away is that postponing something is not necessarily a bad thing. On the contrary—when managed correctly, it can become a tool that helps us think more clearly, prioritize more effectively… We discussed how to build a calendar that reflects not only our meetings, but our entire lives: work, tasks, follow-ups, learning, and personal time.. As an entrepreneur this was an important reminder for me: postponing something does not mean that nothing is being done. Sometimes, managing what we choose not to do right now is precisely what enables us to make real progress.
Thank you to Bat-Chen, X18, and Collider VC for an insightful and highly focused lecture 🙏”

“…But my most meaningful lesson was actually about procrastination. I learned that “managed procrastination” is the real deal. You don’t have to be enslaved to a rigid schedule—you’re allowed and encouraged to postpone things,.. The trick is to work around our human instinct to avoid pain, stop precisely at the point when your energy is still high, just before it starts to drop, that is how we by-bass our amygdala brain..Many thanks to Bat Hen for an excellent and especially practical workshop…” Eli Guakil. “…The session was very useful and to the point. I learned several practical concepts that I already plan to apply, such as “intentional daydreaming” and creating a personalized capturing tool to centralize work overload.. it was very interesting and valuable..”
